It's no exaggeration to say that there's no one I know more obsessed with security than Secondstate. Companies have used his expertise to achieve security certifications like HIPAA and PCI-DSS (credit card security), scale databases and networks to hundreds of servers, build large-scale apps and monitoring bots, and highly optimize their setups for cost reduction.
He's been relentlessly optimizing Solidity smart contracts recently, focusing on achieving lower gas fees and auditing them for security flaws. His last two NFT projects pushed the envelope of what NFTs can display by visualizing network traffic of an ERC-20 coin and dynamically showing off your real-time collection within the image itself.
Websites, dashboards, iPhone widgets, browser extensions, an NFT marketplace, Discord & Twitter bots, and even a wickedly smart AI chatbot have all been built by him over the past year. Secondstate has always been self-taught and finds problem-solving to be a terrific motivator that can keep him up until the wee hours of the morning cracking a new puzzle.
Secondstate will be our infrastructure guru, partnering with Aiden on building tools and apps that the community can use, all while making security more convenient for everyday people. You'll interact with his work every day, from the smart contracts powering our NFTs to the databases and powerful tools you'll be using in the new Society of Time Travelers.
